AI Workshops That Get You Started. Not Just Talking.
Our AI workshops and training programs deliver real results — tailored to your maturity level and developed with the experience from hundreds of projects.
9 Characteristics of a Good AI Workshop
What many struggle with, we've structured
We've translated the most common starting situations into proven formats. Each has been delivered dozens of times, sharpened after every session.
Beyond the standard: everything your team needs.
In addition to our standard formats, we develop workshops for specific audiences, special settings, or technical depth that goes beyond a crash course. Whether large groups, hackathons, or executive briefings — we clarify in the preliminary call what fits your situation.
AI workshops for 50 to 100+ participants, simultaneously or in multiple rounds. Consistent knowledge across the entire organization without compromising interaction quality.
90 minutes via video for decision-makers who need clarity fast. Compact assessment: What can AI do for your company, where are the limits, what are the next steps?
Ongoing guidance over weeks or months instead of a single session. Knowledge is built, applied, and reflected in stages. For companies that want to systematically embed AI competence.
IT teams build functional prototypes in one day using AI-assisted development. No slide decks — just code. Result: running demos and a realistic picture of how AI is changing software development.
RAG architectures, agentic systems, machine learning pipelines — technical deep dives for developer teams who want to go beyond the API layer. Content from real projects, not tutorials.
Azure, AWS, and more — cloud architectures for AI systems. For technical teams who want to understand how to run AI workloads securely, scalably, and cost-effectively.
Workshops for sales, HR, production, procurement, customer service, or other departments. Use cases, tools, and potential tailored to the processes and challenges of each area.
AI assessment from the perspective of co-determination, data protection, and workplace impact. Objective, at eye level, and without a sales agenda. So the works council can make informed decisions, not just react.
Structured training for the professional use of large language models. From basic principles to advanced techniques like chain-of-thought and system prompts. For teams that work with AI tools daily.
Focus on a specific tool: Microsoft Copilot, Claude CoWork, internal GPTs, or industry-specific AI applications. Not an overview — real competence in the tool you're using or about to use.

Questions & Answers
An AI workshop is a facilitated working day where your team tackles a specific AI topic in a structured way. Depending on the format, the outcome is a shared AI understanding, prioritized use cases, a roadmap, or regulatory clarity. The result is documented and ready to act on the next day.
We clarify that in a preliminary call. Rough orientation: If your management needs a shared AI understanding, the AI Management Crash Course is the right fit. If you want to identify and prioritize use cases, the AI Ideation Workshop. If you already have AI initiatives and need a strategic framework, the AI Roadmap. If your tech teams need regulatory clarity on the AI Act, the AI Act Crash Course.
Beyond that, we offer individual formats: executive briefings, large-group workshops, learning journeys, vibecoding hackathons, tech deep dives, prompting schools, or tool-specific training. We determine the right format together.
We work with fixed prices. Costs depend on the number of facilitators required and the number of participants. The larger the group, the more facilitators we deploy. This creates transparent tiered pricing. In a preliminary call, we clarify the scope and you receive a binding offer before you book.
Yes. Many companies start with a crash course for management and then go deeper with an ideation workshop or roadmap. We advise you on the right sequence, where content complements each other, and what time gaps between formats work best. The topics covered should be reflected on and applied, but also not left so long that they are forgotten.
The most important prerequisite is the willingness to talk openly about technology and potential changes. Participants should bring their own ideas, questions, and curiosity. Everything else we clarify together in a preliminary call: who should attend, what information we need upfront, and how to prepare the session internally. We guide you through every step. No prior knowledge required, no pre-training, no coursework.
Standard formats can typically be delivered within two to four weeks. For individual formats or large groups, we plan a bit more lead time. Get in touch — short-notice dates are often possible.
Yes. In our Prompting School, we train the professional use of large language models, from basics to advanced techniques. Beyond that, we offer tool-specific training — for example, for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude. We tailor format and depth to your requirements.
