Who from my company should attend the AI workshop?

The AI Management Crash Course is most effective when carried by an interdisciplinary team. Artificial intelligence is not an isolated IT topic, but affects virtually all areas of an organization — from strategy and processes to IT, data, and operations, through to data privacy and regulation. Accordingly, the workshop should bring together different perspectives.

The focus is on people with design and decision-making authority, not just those who are interested. Particularly suited are first and second-level managers as well as key individuals who have good insight into their areas of responsibility and processes and who will later consciously manage, take responsibility for, or translate AI into decisions.

A purely technical or IT-only group falls short. What matters is the combination of management perspective and domain expertise to recognize potential early, assess it realistically, and evaluate it together. The goal of the workshop is to build a broad, shared knowledge base that serves as the foundation for sustainable AI adoption.
