How many participants are possible?
The ideal group size is between 5 and 20 people. Within this range, high interaction is ensured, all participants can be actively involved, and discussions can be facilitated in a targeted manner.
Larger groups of up to 50 people are also possible. In these cases, we adapt the methodology and facilitation — for example through World Café formats or parallel working groups — so that a vibrant discussion culture and diverse perspectives are maintained even with larger numbers.
Pricing is based on tiered rates according to the number of participants.
